I have compiled my list of NFL referees showing the number of flags thrown, yardage, differences and whether they favored the home team or not.

Games through Week 11
How to use this chart:
Columns 1-4 Ed Hochuli's crew handed out 124 penalties totaling 1011 yards in 10 games the refereed.
Columns 5 and 6 Ron Winter's crew averaged 14 flags per game totaling 115 yards per game.
Columns 7 and 8 Scott Green's crew called 4 more penalties for 28 more yards against one team than another. (Amount of Unbalanced penalties)
Column 9 Walt Coleman's crew called 22 more penalties against the Visitors (Negative value) than Home Team (2 flags per game)
Column 10 Walt Coleman's crew called 191 more yards in penalties against the Visitors (Negative value) than Home Team (19 yards per game)
Walt Coleman's crew calls the fewest penalties at 9.8 per game and only 74.1 yards per game, but they also show the largest bias and that being against the visiting team.
Jerome Boger's crew shows the largest bias against the Home team with 21 additional penalties and 194 additional yards against this year.
Scott Green's crew shows the largest unbalance in calls per game at 3.7 more flags for one team than another. The chief culprits are the 11-10 Steelers-Chargers game in Week 11 where the Steelers got called for 13 penalties and the Chargers for 2 and the 23-16 Patriots - Rams game in Week 8 where the Rams got called for 9 penalties against the Patriots for zero. BTW, the Pats scored 10 points in the 4th quarter.
