Toughest NFL Schedule as of Week 14
I refined my calculation for each teams strength of schedule. The following table shows each team's opponent's record at the time they played. The number after each team is the number of teams played with winning records at the time they played plus the summation of each opponents winning percentage at the time they played.
For instance the Rams played 9 teams with winning records and a summation of winning % of 7.18 for a total of 16.18.

From this table I can see the Rams, Bengals and Browns had very difficult schedules and just could not compete. The Cowboys, Eagles, Bucs and Panthers had very difficult schedules and competed pretty well thus making them tough playoff opponents if they qualify.
Bottom line: watch out for these guys.
